Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:

 

For projects $200 and under, payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $200 may require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT beforehand. Deposits are determined in a case my case basis, and will be determined prior to the project start date. Balance is due prior to final files, transfer(s) or access given. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by Tot Spot Media LLC. Payments can be made via debit card or credit card. No project shall be started on without proper payment received.

PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME:

 

Work is to be delivered no later than 9-10 WEEKS FOR WEBSITES AND LARGER PROJECTS (Weekends and holidays not included), but Tot Spot Media LLC agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this agreement. Turnaround timeframes may be extended / delayed due to personal / business emergencies, illness, theft, computer / tech failure, and Acts of God. worldly emergencies, or other crises. No finalized files will be delivered until balance is paid off. ​

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tot Spot Media LLC does not provide refunds for any services. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. If a project is started and partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. If for any reason the client no longer wants or cancels services, no payment shall be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client.

DRAFTS AND REVISIONS:

 

Tot Spot Media LLC has a two modification limit per project. If client is not satisfied after the second modifications, Tot Spot Media LLC will charge $50 per additional modification client requests. Modifications include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout/placement. Work includes only the final, deliverable graphics and/or website and not any preliminary work, drafts or previews. All draft work is property of Tot Spot Media LLC and may not be used in any format.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION:

 

All communication done by Tot Spot Media LLC and the client is done via email. While phone calls are not allowed, Tot Spot Media LLC also allows communication to be done via Trello. All messages are responded to within 72 business hours, however at peak times, responses can be delayed. If work/service is purchased, and client does not complete within 3 months, there is a $250 restart fee for ALL services projects.

FINAL FILES/PROJECT DELIVERY:

 

Final access to all website projects will be directly transferred to the client's associated Wix account email address. All digital social graphic files are sent over in png format and delivered via the client's Trello board. Editable files are available for an additional fee and upon request.
